Improve Your Health, Improve Your Life
Just a little bit of consistent work over time on your own wellness ~ can make a major impact on how you feel, on your general health, on your energy, and on what you are able to give to others. We are all busy people. It is SO common for people to feel like they are already stretched too thin, and they don't have enough time to devote to anything else. What I've found is that you do. Start small. Squeeze in a few short workouts a week, a few shakes, and some extra water. Over time you will feel changes and you may be ready to add more. As you feel the changes, you are able to be there more, and be there more positively for the people around you. Wellness work supports mindset work, and together they support your happiness and your health over time.

My name is Sarah. I am a mom (& bonus mom) to three amazing girls. My rock-star husband, Tony, and our two youngest daughters live in beautiful Southern Maine. I love nature, music, gardening, reading, traveling, and being by the water. Tony and I are musicians, and play in an 80's pop cover band, which is super fun! I am a full time second-grade teacher, and feel very blessed to have this career. I love my students and I love my summers off with my family. I am co-creator of a program for kids, called Running With Character, that promotes creating healthy habits and also character building. I absolutely love inspiring wellness.
