Nutrition Matters
I wasn't always a believer. While, I have always placed importance on eating healthy... I wasn't really interested in improving or making any changes in my eating habits. I most recently learned SO much from doing the 4 Week Gut Protocol Program. I didn't have a lot of weight to loose, but I decided to give it a go, so I could share my experience with others. Well ~ I ended up loosing almost 20 pounds (shocked myself with that) and learned a lot about added sugar intake, portion control, and what to focus on. What was really cool, was the difference in the way I felt ~ lighter and more energy (and that was with less caffeine)! My customers have experienced much of the same, and more! Some of the effects we have seen:

It really is true. You can't outrun a bad diet.

You need good food to fuel the movement and functions of your body. That doesn't mean you can't ever have a treat or a cocktail. You should (if you want), and you should do so guilt free! It just means that those items shouldn't be one of your main food groups! : )

In our supersized nation, it is never a bad idea to pay attention to the amount of food you are ingesting. Biggest eye opener for me... taking a closer look at what a serving size of pasta should really look like!
