Fitness and nutrition certainly support how you feel, and how you feel (mentally & emotionally) can definitely support your physical health. This is not news to many people, but it does take some attention and work to make shifts and to grow in this area as well!

Over the past couple of years I have been on a Personal Development Journey. I have added journaling and a morning anthem/mantra to my regular habits. I have been READING again, and a LOT compared to what I used to (pleasure books and self-development books).

​I dive into my Growth Day app for the journaling resources, the Daily FIRE, & for development workshops. I adore the community and (forgive my repition but...) the fire it brings into my life!
